— A local practice that keeps care within reach

Cost should never be the reason you put off looking after your teeth.

Payment Options

We’re a family-focused dental practice on Bells Line of Road at Kurmond, with roots in the original Pitt Town clinic and patients right across North Richmond, Richmond, Windsor, Kurrajong and the wider Hawkesbury.

As a member of the Australian Dental Association, we keep our payment process simple and transparent. Before any treatment goes ahead, you’ll receive a clear explanation of what’s involved and what it will cost — along with the payment options available to you, so there are no surprises.

— Ways to pay

A range of options, explained before anything begins.

From their very first tooth through to the teenage years, and a referral to a trusted specialist when something falls outside everyday care.

Health funds & HICAPS

Bring your health fund card to your appointment and we’ll process your claim on the spot through HICAPS. Your rebate is applied instantly, so you only pay the gap, no lodging a claim and waiting for the money to come back. Not sure what your cover includes? Bring your card and we’ll help you check.

Child Dental Benefits Schedule

The CDBS is a Medicare program covering up to $1,158 of dental treatment over two calendar years for each eligible child, including examinations, x-rays, cleans, fillings and extractions. Check eligibility via Services Australia, or call us and we’ll help you confirm it and make the most of the benefit.

Department of Veterans’ Affairs

We’re proud to care for veterans and accept the Department of Veterans’ Affairs card. If you hold a valid DVA card, bring it to your appointment and we’ll arrange your treatment in line with the relevant DVA arrangements.

Interest-free payment plans

For treatment that falls outside your health fund cover, spread the cost over time with interest-free payment plans through Zip and Afterpay, rather than paying it all at once. Plans are subject to the provider’s approval and terms, our team can walk you through how they work and help you set one up.

Cards & everyday payments

We also accept cash, EFTPOS and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, whatever’s easiest for you on the day.

— Accessing your super for dental treatment

In some circumstances, you can apply to access your super early.

Through the Australian Taxation Office’s Early Release of Superannuation program, you may be able to access your super early to pay for dental or orthodontic treatment, for yourself or a family member. We can introduce you to SuperCare, an external provider that helps patients prepare and lodge these applications.

— Can be used towards

  • Dental implants & dentures
  • Oral surgery
  • Orthodontics
  • Root canal treatment
  • Crowns
  • General dentistry
